Achieving Our Vision
and Our Mission
We will accomplish the following goals for the College through this strategic plan:
- Academic Leadership: We will build distinctiveness through our leadership in interdisciplinary study, collaboration, and diversity.
- Holistic Education: We will provide a values-based education, following an holistic education model-mind, body, spirit-to educate the whole person and develop character, an entrepreneurial spirit, leadership potential and spiritual growth, while always keeping our students foremost in everything we do.
- Strengthening Community: We will enhance and strengthen relationships among all College constituencies-students, trustees, faculty, alumni, and administration-and live our ideal of a diverse, vibrant community.
- Service Leadership: We will engage in service to our community and instill in our students the belief that service to others is an important component of a values-based education.
- Institutional Leadership: We will achieve excellence in institutional management with quality in all we do. Sound fiscal management will ensure a solid foundation for the future.
In all of our goals we seek to encourage and engage our alumni to participate in the active life of our students and the Albright educational experience. In all that we do, we seek to enable and inspire the leadership potential in each and every Albrightian, past, present, and future!
