Married to Karen and has one daughter, Susan.
From Archibald Andrews, the "typical teenager,"
and his friend, the girl-hating Jughead, to girl-next-door
Betty Cooper and rich and stuck-up Veronica Lodge, Michael
has literally grown up with the gang from Riverdale USA.
|
| With his
father at the helm of Archie Comics, Michael says comic books
have always been a part of his life. From the subscription
and mailing end of the business, to sales and management,
Michael has done it all. However, the gang from Riverdale,
as well as other ACP greats, have also shown up on television
as well as on the big screen. In 1968, Filmation produced
an Archie cartoon show that went on to become the most popular
Saturday morning animated series of all time. Then there was
Josie and the Pussycats produced by Hanna-Barbera. In 1996,
the Showtime cable channel aired "Sabrina the Teenage
Witch," based on the comic book series. And most recently,
Josie and the Pussycats made their big screen debut.
