| As vice
president at National Strategies, Inc., Terry specializes
in marketing and procurement for companies in the state and
local government market.
Previously, he served as associate director in The White
House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. In his capacity
with the President George W. Bush Administration, he served
as a primary contact to the nation’s governors, state
legislators and other state and local elected officials and
key staff. He was also The White House liaison to Native American
tribes and a point person on issues including trade, the environment,
farm policy, economic policy, education and homeland defense.
He has also managed numerous U.S. Congressional campaigns
in both California and Pennsylvania.
