How do I return equipment to Media Services?

During regular hours, return your equipment to the Media Services office or the IT Help Desk located in the CCM building.  There is an overdue fee   of five dollars a day for any device that is not returned on time.  If a device is overdue for more than two weeks you may be charged the full price of the item and any overdue charges you have accumulated.

Do you drop off or pick up equipment?

Media Services delivers and picks up equipment under certain conditions. Please contact Media Services at least 72 hours in advance of your event to determine if we can provide setup support.  Media Services is responsible for events being held during class hours in a classroom setting.  For events outside of a classroom you can fill out a facilities work order for the set up of the needed equipment.  Delivery and pickup requests received without sufficient notice may be refused.
