Technology Support Documentation

Information Technology Services offers technology support documentation for the Albright community.

Our technology support documentation includes:

  • Frequently Asked Questions: This document answers a variety of commonly asked questions on multiple topics. There are many topics, including, but not limited to, how to connect to the wireless, accessing the internet, using computer lab resources, printing services and many more items. 

  • How Do I...: This webpage provides documentation for technology-related questions.  This is a great technology support resource for faculty, staff and students.  If there is a question or specific topic you would like to see documented, please send it to clientservices@albright.edu.
